Travel Expenses
Weddings
Our wedding prices include travel to anywhere in Rhode Island, and up to 75 miles from our studio for any other location. For any wedding taking place more than 75 miles away, client will be responsible for travel expenses for all photographers. For weddings more than 3 hours travel from our studio, client will be responsible for lodging, tolls and mileage for all photographers.
Client is not responsible for food or recreational expenses incurred outside of the wedding times. Destination weddings will include airfare for all photographers paid for by the client.

Events and Portraits
We will travel to any location to photograph your event or portrait. For events or portraits booked for 3 hours or more, we will travel up to 35 miles from our studio for free. Each additional mile will be billed to the client at .50/mile. For events or portraits booked for less than 3 hours, we will travel up to 25 miles from our studio for free. Each additional mile will be billed to the client at .50/mile. Mileage will be based on Google maps.
