Digital Files (if your session was taken in 2009 or earlier, please scroll to bottom of the page for discounted prices).

We now sell digital files for all of our portrait, wedding, event and sports clients.  By purchasing a digital file or files, you automatically agree to our Terms & Conditions.  All clients will be directed to our online file transfer to download files (with the exception of wedding files or whole session purchases, which will be presented on a DVD).  Files will be available online for 3 days, therefore it is the client's responsibility to download their files in time.  File sizes and prices can be found below.

Digital files do not qualify for package discounts, or 30 day order discounts. 

Portrait Files 
Files will be 16x20 size at 300 DPI, high resolution, printable quality and fully retouched.

1 file - $100.00
2 files - $175.00
3 files - $225.00
4 files - $250.00
5 files - 20 files - $300.00 total
21 - 35 files - $350.00 total
36 - 50 files - $400.00 total
51 - 75 files - $450.00 total
76+ files - $500.00 total

Engagement Session Files

Single files are priced the same as above.  Whole session purchase price is $550.00 and will include DVD of all wedding images with wedding contract. (No full or partial refund will be given if A Moment In Time is not your wedding photographer, or if contract is voided by the client.)

Special Event Files (Easter bunnies, Photos with Santa, etc.)
Files will be 8x10 size at 300 DPI, high resolution, printable quality and have basic retouching for lighting and crop only.

1 file - $75.00
2 files - $110.00
5 files - $150.00

Sports Files (Individual Photos only, No teams)
Files will be 8x10 size at 300 DPI, high resolution, printable quality and have basic retouching for lighting and crop only.

1 file - $50.00/each

Wedding Files
Files will be 8x10 size at 300 DPI, high resolution, printable quality and have basic retouching for lighting and crop only.

All wedding packages now include the price of a high resolution DVD of all images to be delivered to client with proof book.  Files will not be delivered electronically.  Price includes engagement photos on DVD.  If the client would like their engagement files delivered before their wedding, they will be required to pay for the whole session price, and a credit will be added to their wedding package to include their wedding files.
