Social Media Release
All photos taken by any person representing A Moment In Time Photography is protected by U.S. Copyright Law. It is illegal to copy, print, alter or otherwise reproduce any image, file, proof, or printed product provided by, or purchased from A Moment In Time Photography. Civil and criminal penalties may be sought if copyright is infringed. The purchasing of prints or products does not give the client permission to copy or reprint any image in any format without the expressed written consent from Lisa Cabral, owner of A Moment In Time Photography. The purchase of digital files allows the client to reproduce prints for their personal use, but does not release the copyright retained by A Moment In Time Photography.
I agree to and will follow copyright laws by not printing, reproducing, or altering any images taken by A Moment In Time Photography
I do not wish to obey copyright laws and will make my own copies without written permission.
At the conclusion of many of our portrait sessions, we may choose to post one or more photos on our social media accounts, which may include, but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, studio blogs, etc. Clients may share or tag themselves in any posted photos online, however, these photos are still covered under copyright laws, and printing is prohibited.
I give permission to A Moment In Time Photography to post any photos from my session to online social media accounts

My session is a present or surprise for someone else. I wish for A Moment In Time Photography to refrain from posting my photos online until after a date that we will discuss
